Suspension Seat

Quality Control Proceduresa) All our suppliers have quality control system which we will occasionally go to check.b) Most of our suppliers have ISO9000 certificates.c) During enquiry, we have technical people to go through the drawings and requirements. Whenever there is something not clear we will ask.d) Before placing order for prototypes, we make our Quality Requirement Sheet for our own control and also for the maker to understand fully the requirements.e) We will check prototypes (samples) and send report and photos to customer. If there are some problems we will ask the maker improve until everything is as per the order.Before placing series order to the maker we will double check Quality Control Sheet and send revised one to the maker.f) When the shipment is ready our inspection will take random check and come with the certificates and reports together with photos to customer for release of the shipment. Whenever we find something we will discuss with customer for the solution.g) Certificates together with the shipping documents.h) Packaging: normally we use plywood crates with suficient space for forklift truck to handle it.i) We are also able to provide standard European Collars at customer's cost. Euro collars would make it possible for customer to re-use it in their own logistic system and also can sell as second hand collars. By this way customer actually can reduce the packaging cost.
